Jay founded Soccer Development Hub in April 2023. Jay has been involved in soccer his whole life, from playing at a high youth level & academies in England. Jay has 10+ years of coaching experience & has qualifications with the USSF, UEFA and also took a course in Scouting & Opposition Analysis. He first arrived in the U.S in 2015 to work as a soccer coach in New Jersey. Since then he has coached players of all ages in many different clubs around NJ, NY & PA.
